We can do an anaerobic test followed by an aerobic Vo2 test to assess your body's main strengths and areas of improvement.



How does it work?

Using the fully portable Vo2 Master metabolic analyser, we can perform Vo2 max testing, RMR tests and field tests on the field/ track/ bike- whichever sport you pursue. Use your results to identify & monitor your personal training zones. Automated reporting & realtime results to help you exceed your limits.


Tests available


Vo2 Max Test

  • Treadmill/ Bike/ Rower step test

  • Measures Vo2, ventilatory thresholds (Fatmax, Anaerobic), tidal volume

  • Immediate results provide training zones specific to your body's capability


RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) test

  • Comfortably measure resting metabolic rate (RMR) precisely without any uncomfortable nose-clips, hoses, or bulky equipment

  • Measures your calorific consumption, HR, breathing rate at rest

  • Provides individualised results to help you understand how fast/ slow your metabolism is and how many calories you need to consume daily to lose/ gain weight


Vo2 Max Test + RMR test

  • Treadmill/ Bike/ Rower step test + RMR test at rest

  • Combine Vo2 with RMR test for a more in depth metabolic profile

  • Immediate results- target your training needs and your dietary requirements to reach your goals


Metabolic Efficiency Test

  • Long Vo2 test used to measure your aerobic efficiency
